PMP- and PMI-ACP-certified project and program leader with 20+ years of progressive experience across technology, consulting, community investment, healthcare-adjacent operations, retail, and organizational change. My career has crossed sectors, but the pattern has stayed consistent: clarify what matters, connect the right people and systems, create practical structure, and move work toward measurable outcomes.
I have led and supported SaaS implementations, Salesforce transformation, operational launches, multi-stakeholder initiatives, product discovery, workforce development, and distributed delivery. I work comfortably with executives, clients, engineers, consultants, vendors, community organizations, and frontline teams — often serving as the bridge between different priorities, technical realities, and the people affected by change.
My approach is methodology-first rather than methodology-bound: predictive when fixed milestones, budgets, and dependencies demand it; Agile when learning and iteration create value; hybrid when the work requires both. Responsible AI is an accelerator across that work — supporting research, analysis, documentation, knowledge management, and process improvement while keeping accountability, judgment, and context with people.
